New Zealand's most talented baristas will be competing to win the national title in Upper Hutt on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 March 2023.
Each barista will take the stage for a 15-minute demonstration to music of their choice. They will be required to prepare four espressos, four milk drinks, and four original signature drinks. Scoring is based on: the taste of their beverages; cleanliness; creativity; technical ability and presentation.
