Week 10: Your Final Trading Checklist
1. Confirm your trading details are out there
Double check that your Christmas and New Year hours, any closure dates, and public holiday trading information are clearly published on your website, social media and Google Business Profile.
2. Run your final stock and staffing checks
Confirm your last stock delivery has arrived or is on its way, and that your roster for the coming weeks is locked in with no gaps. This is the last easy window to fix a gap before December trading picks up.
3. Quick equipment and admin check
A final look at your key equipment, and confirmation that any admin or invoicing tasks from Week 7 are actually done, closes out the checklist cleanly.
