Terms and Conditions
Promotion
Entry into and participation in the Support your Local promotion (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which includes any information on how to enter and prizes.
Who can enter?
Entry is open to residents of New Zealand, subject to these Terms and Conditions (Eligible Entrant). You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee of the Promoter or its related corporations or agencies, or a member of an employee’s immediate family.
Under 18?
If you are under 18 years old at the time of entering, you must obtain the prior permission and consent of your legal parent or guardian. Any Prize will be awarded to the successful entrant’s nominated parent or guardian.
Multiple Entries
You may enter the Promotion multiple times, provided you follow the ‘How to enter?’ rules for each separate entry. You are not permitted to use any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows you to automatically enter or enter repeatedly. Any such entries will render all entries submitted by that person invalid. You are responsible for any associated costs of entry, including internet access and phone calls.
Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 12:00am NZST on 3 June 2024 and will close at 11:59pm NZT on 28 July 2024.
How to enter?
To enter the Promotion and be eligible to win, you must, during the Promotion Period, purchase any specially marked Meadow Fresh 1lt, 2lt or 3lt Milk products from a participating retailer (any retailer that stocks the specially marked products during the Promotion Period), complete the entry from provided with all required contact details and your eligible nominated sports team or club, and place the entry form in the entry box provided.
Eligible nominations
In order for your entry to go in the draw, your nominated team or club must not conflict with the Meadow Fresh band values, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. Eligible teams and clubs may include, without limitation: golf clubs, bowling clubs, boating or yachting clubs, rugby clubs, netball clubs, pony clubs, football clubs, surf lifesaving clubs, rescue helicopters, and volunteer fire brigades.
Prize(s)
Each prize is a $500 Prezzy Card for your nominated eligible local sports team or club (see below). There are 10 prizes in total and the total prize pool is valued at $5,000.00 (including tax). Prize(s) are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
Prize draw
The Prize draw will be held on 28 August 2024 at the Promoter’s head office in Aukland. The winner(s) will be the first 10 valid entries randomly drawn from all eligible entries. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries to be deemed as alternate winners in the event of a Prize forfeiture.
Notification to winner(s)
Winner(s) will be notified by 30 August 2024 by email/phone using the email address/phone number provided by the Eligible Entrant.
Accepting the prize
Following the notification to winner(s), Prizes will be posted to the relevant teams or sports clubs using the details submitted by the entrant with their nomination. If the Promoter is unable to issue a Prize within 14 days of the draw due to any error or omission in the entrant’s nomination, the Prize will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to award any forfeited prize to another eligible entrant from reserve entries drawn.
Receipt of entries
Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries. Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt by the Promoter or its agents.
Promoter’s rights:
The Promoter reserves the right to: provide an alternative prize of equal monetary value in the event that a prize or any part of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control; disallow entries in its absolute discretion; verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where dishonest or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion; to terminate this Promotion or amend any aspect of this Promotion (including the prize) without notice at any time in its sole discretion in the event that this Promotion or any aspect of this Promotion cannot be reasonably conducted as planned; and enforce any of its rights at any stage and failure to do so does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Exclusion
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is or may be suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is or may be suffered or sustained, in connection with participation in the promotion or accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Indemnity
As a condition of participating in a promotion, the winner indemnifies the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with that promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which the Promoter may incur arising out of the winner’s participation in the Promotion and/or participation in a prize, howsoever caused.
Publicity
By entering the draw or accepting a prize you consent to the use of your name, likeness, image or voice in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purposes of the Promotion and promoting any products manufactured, supplied or distributed by the Promoter.
Privacy
The information collected about entrants in the course of the Promotion has been requested to enable the Promoter to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including publicity), and for promotional purposes. All personal information collected will be in accordance with the Goodman Fielder Privacy Policy which can be found here: http://goodmanfielder.com/privacy-policy/.

Promoter
The promoter is Goodman Fielder New Zealand Limited of 2/8 Nelson Street, Auckland 1010. All decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
