Digital Delivery Dockets
Q. Where can I view my Digital Delivery Dockets?
A. If you have access to the Goodman Fielder Online Shop, delivery dockets are visible under the ‘Documents’ tab found in the top menu bar. We can also email delivery dockets to you so long as you have a delivery docket recipient set up in our system.
Q. Can I have multiple delivery docket recipients?
A. Yes, there is no limit to how many delivery docket recipients you can have. Please ensure you contact our Customer Service team to update contact information.
Q. Can I have different delivery docket recipients for different accounts?
A. Yes.
Q. How do I update my delivery docket recipients for emailed copies?
A. Please contact Customer Services.
Q. What should I do if I have not received my delivery docket?
A. Please contact Customer Services.
Ceasing Replenishment & Truck Sales
Q. What if I do not know what GF has been replenishing into my site, and so don’t know what I should order?
A. Please contact your Sales representative or Customer Service, and they will be able to advise you on your historical purchases.
Q. Or if I’m unsure what are my delivery days?
A. Your distributor can advise.
Q. How do I get access to the GF Online Shop?
A. If you are eligible to use the GF Online Shop, you will soon receive an email with simple instruction to activate your account. If you have not received this, we might not have the correct email address for you. Please contact Customer Services if you have not received your activation email.
Q. If Goodman Fielder make an error with my order or delivery, will the distributors be able to help resolve it without me having to place another order?
A. Yes, we will do everything we can to resolve delivery issues for you. If you do need to submit another order to resolve an issue, and are unable to do so online, we will not charge you the Order Processing fee.

Q. In what circumstances will the order processing fee be applied?
A. The order processing fee will be applied to customers who can order via our Goodman fielder Online Shop but choose to place orders through our Customer Service Team instead. The fee will be applied per contact with Customer Services to place an order and will apply to both email and phone orders.
Q. Does the order processing fee apply per order or per call/email to Customer Services?
A. The fee will apply per call/email to Customer Services. Customers can place multiple orders per call/email.
Q. Is the order processing fee inclusive of GST?
A. No, the order processing fee is excluding GST.
Q. If Goodman Fielder make an error with my order and create a replacement order will the order processing fee be applied?
A. No, the order processing fee will not be applied to orders created to resolve errors made by Goodman Fielder.
Q. If products can only be ordered via Customer Services will the order processing fee be applied i.e. Products not available on the online Shop or order volume requires a third-party logistics carrier?
A. No, the order processing fee would not apply
Delivery Fee
Q. In what circumstance will the delivery fee be applied?
A. The delivery fee will be applied to each individual sales order that is less than $50.
Q. Will the delivery fee apply if the value of my sales order is more than $50 but you short supply stock?
A. No, the delivery fee will not apply as it is based on sales order value at time of order.
Q. If I receive a stock credit will I receive a credit for the delivery fee?
A. If the whole order is credited back, then the delivery fee will be also. If only a partial credit the fee will still apply.
Q. If I receive a pricing credit will I receive a credit for the delivery fee?
A. No, the delivery fee will still apply.
Q. If I increase my orders can I return the unsold stock for a credit?
A. Our standard Sale or Return Policy will apply, and excessive returns will be monitored and addressed with customers.
Q. Is the sales order value and delivery fee inclusive of GST?
A. No, the sales order value and delivery fee are excluding GST.
Q. Can my driver waive the delivery fee?
A. No, the delivery fee will be automatically generated in our system.
Q. Will the delivery fee be visible on my delivery docket and invoice?
A. Yes.
