Contact Customer Service

Goodman Fielder Customer Service can be contacted directly from the Goodman Fielder Shop. This creates a Case that is automatically routed to the NZ Customer Service queue.

To contact Customer Service:

  1. From the Menu bar, choose “Contact Customer Service”.

  2. Type a brief subject heading for the contact into the “Subject” field.

  3. Type a more detailed explanation into the “Description” field.

  4. To attach a file (eg a document or image) click the “Upload Files” button and select the file to attach. (Alternatively drag a file to the “Or drag files” area.) If you accidentally attach the wrong file, simply click the “X” button alongside the file to delete it from the record.

  5. Click the Submit button.

  6. A unique Case number is generated and assigned.
