Cancel an Order

It is possible to cancel an existing order providing none of the items on the order have passed the cut-off time. (Cut-off times differ depending on the product, day and supplying plant.) Items that cannot be changed are dimmed and display a message indicating the lead time has passed.

 

To cancel an order:

  1. From the Home Screen or the Menu bar, click the “Modify Existing Order” button.

  2. Select the Delivery date for the order you wish to cancel.

  3. Click the Cancel Order button (trash can icon) at the top middle section of the order screen.

  4. Click Yes on the confirmation pop-up that appears.

  5. An onscreen message confirms the order has been cancelled.
