Cancel a Standing Order

It is possible to cancel an existing order providing none of the items on the order have passed the cut-off time. (Cut-off times differ depending on the product, day and supplying plant.) Items that cannot be changed are dimmed and display a message indicating the lead time has passed.

 

To cancel an order:

  1. From the Home Screen or the Menu bar, click Standing Order

  2. Select the Delivery date for the order you wish to cancel with a truck icon

  3. Click 'Delete Order' to the right of the screen.

  4. Click Yes on the confirmation pop-up that appears.

  5. An onscreen message confirms the order has been cancelled.
