Terms and Conditions
Promotion
Entry into and participation in the Meadow Fresh X Cafes HOST Milan Experience (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which includes any information on how to enter and Prizes.
Who can enter?
Entry is open only to Foodservice business owners who (1) are current Goodman Fielder account holders as at the start of the Promotion period and (2) have been trading with Goodman Fielder for a minimum of 6 months prior to the start of the Promotion Period (1st June 2024). You must also be a resident of New Zealand and be at least 18 years of age (Eligible Entrant). You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee of the Promoter or its related corporations or agencies, or a member of an employee’s immediate family.
Under 18?
If you are under 18 years old at the time of entering, you must obtain the prior permission and consent of your legal parent or guardian. Any Prize will be awarded to the successful entrant’s nominated parent or guardian.
Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 12:01AM NZST on 1st June 2025 and will close at 11:59PM NZST on 27th July 2025.
How to enter?
To enter the Promotion and be eligible to win, you must purchase from Goodman Fielder at least 1x Meadow Fresh two (2) litre milk each week during the Promotion Period (Sunday – Saturday) (Purchase Requirement).
Bonus Entries
Provided you have satisfied the Purchase Requirement, one (1) bonus entry will be awarded for each separate purchase during the Promotion Period from Goodman Fielder of other products from any of the following additional Categories; Everyday Cheese, Plant Based Milk, Processed Meats, Specialty Cheese or Yoghurt, as detailed in the table below.
Records of purchase
The Promoter’s records of purchases made during the Promotion Period are final in respect of the satisfaction of the eligibility criteria.
Prize(s)
There are eleven (11) Prizes to be won in total. Only one (1) Prize per Goodman Fielder account holder will be awarded. The Grand Prize is a trip for two (2) to Milan, to attend HOST Milan 2025, the largest global food service and hospitality trade show, between 16 – 22 October 2025. The Grand Prize will include return international flights for two (2) people from the winner’s nearest commercial airport in New Zealand that flies to the Milan, six (6) nights’ accommodation, daily breakfast meals and return airport transfers to and from the accommodation. Other incidental expenses such as travel to and from the winner’s home to their nearest listed airport, travel insurance, additional food and drinks, telephone and roaming charges, service fees, and other activities not organised by the Promoter as part of the experience will be at the cost of the winner unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions. The remaining ten (10) Prizes consist of ten (10) x Goodman Fielder Food Service $250 account credits, which will be automatically applied to the winners’ Goodman Fielder Food Service customer account after acceptance of the Prize. The total Prize pool is valued at approx. $21,900 (including tax). Prize(s) are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. Flights and accommodation will be subject to availability.
The travel dates for the Grand Prize are 16 – 22 October 2025 unless otherwise notified by the Promoter due to any circumstances beyond the Promoter's control which impact the planned travel to the trade show. Winners will be solely responsible for arranging their current passports, visas and any other travel permits necessary to accept the Prize. In the event the winner cannot travel during the travel period specified by the Promoter, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and awarded to a reserve entry drawn as an alternate winner.
Prize draw
The Prize draw will be held at 10AM NZST on Wednesday 6th August 2025 at the Promoter’s head office in Aukland. The Grand Prize winner will be the first valid entry randomly drawn from all eligible entries. The winners of the ten (10) Goodman Fielder Account Credits will be the next ten valid entries randomly drawn from the remaining eligible entries, provided that each Goodman Fielder account holder can only win a maximum of one (1) Prize from this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries to be deemed as alternate winners in the event of a Prize forfeiture.
Notification to winner(s)
Winner(s) will be notified by email/phone using the email address/phone number provided by the Eligible Entrant.
Accepting the Prize
Following the notification to winners, winners will need to email sarah.mcmath@goodmanfielder.co.nz with their confirmed contact details, and in the case of the Grand Prize, confirmation that he/she is able to travel to Milan during the travel dates specified above. This will enable the Promoter to supply the Prize and will be deemed to be acceptance of the Prize. If a winner does not accept the Prize within five (5) days of being notified, the Prize will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to award any forfeited Prize to another Eligible Entrant from reserve entries drawn.
Your entry
You promise and warrant that all the details submitted with your entry are true and correct.
Receipt of entries
Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted entries. Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt by the Promoter or its agents.
Promoter’s rights:
The Promoter reserves the right to: provide an alternative prize of equal monetary value in the event that a Prize or any part of a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control; disallow entries in its absolute discretion; verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a Prize where dishonest or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion; to terminate this Promotion or amend any aspect of this Promotion (including the Prize) without notice at any time in its sole discretion in the event that this Promotion or any aspect of this Promotion cannot be reasonably conducted as planned; and enforce any of its rights at any stage and failure to do so does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Exclusion
The winners acknowledges that travel and related activities can be inherently dangerous and agrees that they accept the Prize at their own risk. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is or may be suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is or may be suffered or sustained, in connection with participation in the promotion or accepting any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The winners are solely responsible for complying with any applicable travel, health, or other government requirements and the terms of the Promoter’s chosen carrier (if applicable) in connection with accepting their Prize.
Indemnity
As a condition of participating in a promotion, each winner indemnifies the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with that promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which the Promoter may incur arising out of the winner’s participation in the Promotion and/or participation in a Prize, howsoever caused.
Publicity
By entering the draw or accepting a Prize you consent to the use of your name, likeness, image, or voice in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purposes of the Promotion and promoting any products manufactured, supplied, or distributed by the Promoter.
Privacy
The information collected about entrants in the course of the Promotion has been requested to enable the Promoter to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including publicity), and for promotional purposes. Promoter
The promoter is Goodman Fielder New Zealand Limited of 2/8 Nelson Street, Auckland 1010. All decisions of the Promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
