Promoter
The promoter is Goodman Fielder New Zealand Limited (NZ Company No. 1508360) of 2/8 Nelson Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand (Promoter). All decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter manages and controls the Instagram account @gffoodservicenz.
Competition
To celebrate the launch of the partnership between Goodman Fielder Foodservice and the Restaurant Association of New Zealand, the Promoter is organising a competition (Competition) where it will offer one (1) FREE 12‑month Premier RA Membership and Dinefind.co.nz advertising package valued at over $2,000 (Prize).
More details relating to the Competition will be provided on a post on the Instagram account @gffoodservicenz, which will also include a link to these Terms and Conditions (Competition Post). These Terms and Conditions also explain how to enter.
Deemed Acceptance
By entering and participating in this Competition and/or taking any of the steps listed below under “How to Enter”, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Who Can Enter?
Entry is open to representatives of a New Zealand hospitality business who are 18 years or older and authorised to act for the business, except:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its related companies or agencies; and
(b) members of such employees’ immediate family.
As a condition of eligibility to win the Prize, the business must be eligible to receive RA membership and Dinefind advertising in accordance with any terms and conditions made available by the RANZ and Dinefind at the time of the Prize being awarded.
Competition Period
The Competition will commence on 13th March 2026 and will close on 27th March 2026 at 5pm NZ Time (Competition Period).
Game of Chance
This is a game of chance. All eligible entries will go into the draw to win the Prize. All eligible entrants have an equal chance of winning the Prize.
How to Enter
To enter the Competition and be eligible to win, you must, during the Competition Period:
Like the Competition Post; and
Follow both Goodman Fielder Foodservice NZ (@gffoodservicenz) and the Restaurant Association of NZ (@restaurantnz).
If you complete steps (1) and (2), you will be deemed to have submitted one (1) entry.
You are not permitted to use automated entry software or mechanical/electronic tools for entry.
Promoter Not Responsible for Late or Incorrect Entries
If, for any reason, the Promoter cannot view your like, follow or interaction (e.g., due to privacy settings), your entry will be deemed not received.
The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries.
Prize
12 month Premier RA Membership
Dinefind.co.nz advertising package
Total prize value is over $2,000.
Prize elements are subject to any standard terms and acceptance criteria of RA and Dinefind in place at the time of the prize being awarded.
The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash unless stated otherwise.
If the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, an alternative prize of equal monetary value may be substituted.
Date, Time & Location of Draw
The draw will take place on 30th March at 10am NZ Time at the Promoter’s head office, 2/8 Nelson Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand, conducted by a Goodman Fielder employee.
Notification to Winner
The winner (Winner) will be announced on the Instagram account @gffoodservicenz.
The Promoter may also contact the Winner privately via Instagram direct message.
Accepting the Prize
Following the announcement, the Winner must contact the Promoter via private message to @gffoodservicenz with their details so the Prize can be fulfilled.
By doing so, the Winner is deemed to have accepted the Prize.
If the Winner is under 18 years old, the Prize will be awarded to their parent or guardian.
Re‑draw
If the Winner does not accept or claim the Prize within seven (7) days, the Prize will be forfeited.
A re‑draw will occur on 6th April 2026 at 10am at the same location.
Promoter’s Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to:
(a) disallow entries at its discretion;
(b) verify entrant eligibility;
(c) disqualify entrants who provide misleading details or breach T&Cs;
(d) terminate or amend the Competition or Prize without notice if reasonably required;
(e) enforce its rights at any stage (failure to do so is not a waiver).
No Endorsement
You acknowledge and agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administrated by, or associated with any software, application or website used to enter the Promotion, including Facebook and Instagram. If you use any software, application or website to enter the Promotion, that use is subject to any applicable terms of use. By entering the promotion, you release Instagram and Facebook from any responsibility in relation to this promotion.
Promoter Not Liable
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, costs or injury arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance/use of the Prize.
Indemnity
As a condition of participating in a promotion, the winner indemnifies the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with that promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which the Promoter may incur arising out of the winner’s participation in the Promotion and/or participation in a prize, howsoever caused
Publicity
By entering the draw or accepting a prize you consent to the use of your name, likeness, image or voice in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purposes of the Promotion and promoting any products manufactured, supplied or distributed by the Promoter.
Privacy
The information collected about entrants in the course of the Promotion has been requested to enable the Promoter to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including publicity), and for promotional purposes.
