Promotion
Entry into and participation in the Goodman Fielder Food Service New Business Customer Giveaway Promotion (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which includes any information on how to enter and description of the prizes.
活动信息
参与 Goodman Fielder 餐饮服务业新会员商家抽奖活动（以下简称“抽奖”），即表示接受本条款和条件，包括如何参与及奖品说明。
Who can Enter?
Entry is open to NZ residents aged 18 years and over who are the registered majority owner of a Food Service business who are not current Goodman Fielder account holders as at the start of the Promotional Period (Eligible Entrant). You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee of the Promoter or its related corporations or agencies, or a member of an employee’s immediate family.

本活动面向年满 18 周岁的新西兰本地居民，且为餐饮服务企业的注册所有者（需股份占比过半及以上），并在本次活动开始时未开通 Goodman Fielder 账户（视为：“合格参与者”）。以下人员不符合参与资格：Goodman Fielder 及其关联公司或代理机构的员工及其直系亲属。
Promotional Period
The Promotion will commence at 6am NZT on 19th March 2025 and end at 5pm NZT on 30th April 2025 (the Promotional Period).
活动时间
活动将于新西兰时间2025年3月19日上午6:00开始，并于2025年4月30日晚上5:00结束（以下简称“活动时间”）。
How to Enter?
To enter the Promotion and be eligible to win, you must sign up and complete the registration to be a Goodman Fielder customer and place a first order. Sign up includes full validated registration as a new ordering customer, with forms completed accurately at 1Centre or through the Goodman Fielder Customer Centre (0800 472 329).

要参与活动并有资格获奖，您必须在活动期间注册成为会员商家且完成首笔订单。作为初次下单会员商家，注册须准确填写并验证所有信息，可通过 1Centre 或拨打 Goodman Fielder 客服中心（0800 472 329）完成。
Entries
Only one entry will be permitted per Eligible Entrant.

Prize
There are five (5) NZ$1,000 Goodman Fielder Food Service credit vouchers (Prizes) to be won. The $1,000 credit is inclusive of all taxes and charges which apply to the purchase of goods from Goodman Fielder.

Notification to winner(s)
Winner(s) will be notified by email and phone using the email address and phone number contained in the Registration Form.

Date, Time & Location of Draw
The draw will take place at 12pm (midday) NZT 5th May 2025 at the promotors head office at 2/8 Nelson Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland by a member of the Foodservice marketing Team. The first five (5) names randomly drawn from all Eligible Entrants drawn be allocated one Prize each.
抽奖时间、日期及地点

Re-Draw
If any winner(s) does not accept the prize within seven (7) days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited. The re-draw (if any) will be conducted at 10am NZT on 12th May 2025 at the Promoters head office at 2/8 Nelson Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland by a member of the Foodservice Marketing team.
重新抽奖

Delivery of the Prize
Once claimed, the Prize will be [automatically applied to the winners GF Food Service account within one month of being notified]. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

Game of Chance
This is a game of Chance. All Eligible Entries will go into the draw to win the Prize. All Eligible Entrants have an equal chance of winning the Prize.

Receipt of Entries
Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete or incorrectly submitted registrations. Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of registration by the Promoter or its agents.

主办方及任何与本活动相关的机构均不对迟交、遗失、误投、损坏、不完整或填写错误的注册信息承担责任，参与活动信息以主办方收到注册信息时间为准。
No endorsement
You acknowledge and agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any software, application or website used to enter the Promotion. If you use any software, application or website to enter the Promotion, that use is subject to any applicable terms of use. In the event of any inconsistency between such terms and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

您知悉并同意此次活动并未由任何用于参与活动的软件应用程序或网站进行赞助、背书或管理，也与之无关。如果您使用任何软件应用程序或网站参与活动，该使用将受任何适用的使用条款约束。如有冲突，以此条款和条件为准。
Promoter’s Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to: provide an alternative prize of equal monetary value in the event that a prize or any part of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control; disallow entries in its absolute discretion; verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where dishonest or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion; to terminate this Promotion or amend any aspect of this Promotion (including the prize) without notice at any time in its sole discretion in the event that this Promotion or any aspect of this Promotion cannot be reasonably conducted as planned; and enforce any of its rights at any stage and failure to do so does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Exclusion
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is or may be suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is or may be suffered or sustained, in connection with participation in the promotion or accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
免责条款
主办方不对因参与本活动或领取奖品所引发或可能引发的任何损失或损害（包括但不限于间接损失或后果性损失）承担责任，亦不对因参与本活动或接受奖品而导致或可能导致的人身伤害承担任何责任，法律规定不得免除的责任除外。
Indemnity
As a condition of participating in a promotion, each winner indemnifies the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with that Promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which the Promoter may incur arising out of the winner’s participation in the Promotion and/or participation in a prize, howsoever caused.
赔偿责任

Publicity
By entering the draw or accepting a prize you consent to the use of your name, likeness, image or voice in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purposes of the Promotion and promoting any products manufactured, supplied or distributed by the Promoter.
宣传授权条款
参与本活动或领取奖品即表示您同意主办方在任何媒体平台上无限期使用您的姓名、肖像、图片或声音用于活动宣传及其产品服务的宣传推广，且无需支付任何报酬。
Privacy
The information collected about entrants in the course of the Promotion has been requested to enable the Promoter to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including publicity), and for promotional purposes. All personal information collected will be in accordance with the Goodman Fielder Privacy Policy which can be found here: http://goodmanfielder.com/privacy-policy/.
