Terms & Conditions 

Promotion  

Entry into and participation in the Goodman Fielder Asian Customer Rewards (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

Who can enter? To qualify for the Promotion, the entrant: 

  1. must be an Asian Foodservice business owner; 
  1. must be a Goodman Fielder account holder as determined by the Promoter; 
  1. must be a resident of New Zealand; and 
  1. must not be an employee of the Promoter or its related corporations or agencies, or a member of an employee’s immediate family, 

such qualifying entrant, an (Eligible Entrant) 

Under 18?  

If you are under 18 years old at the time of entering, you must obtain the prior permission and consent of your legal parent or guardian. Any Prize will be awarded to the successful entrant’s nominated parent or guardian. 

Promotion Period 

The Promotion runs across three qualifying spend periods: 

  • Period 1: 8 June 2026 – 2 August 2026 
  • Period 2: 3 August 2026 – 27 September 2026 
  • Period 3: 28 September 2026 – 22 November 2026 

(each, a Promotion Period). 

How to qualify 

To qualify for rewards under this Promotion, an Eligible Entrant must purchase a minimum of $1,000 NZD (excluding GST) on any Goodman Fielder Foodservice products within each respective Promotion Period. 

Spend must be achieved within the applicable Promotion Period. Spend accrued outside the specified Promotional Period will not count toward qualification. 

Rewards 

Rewards are unlocked as follows: 

  • Spend $1,000 during Period 1 to receive $25 Goodman Fielder account credit 
  • Spend an additional $1,000 during Period 2 to receive two (2) Goodman Fielder branded aprons and tea towels 
  • Spend an additional $1,000 during Period 3 to receive $80 Goodman Fielder account credit 

Rewards are cumulative and must be achieved sequentially across the Promotion Periods. 

Reward fulfilment 

Account credits will be applied to the Eligible Entrant’s Goodman Fielder account following verification at the end of each Promotion Period. 

Merchandise rewards will be distributed following completion of the final Promotion Period. 

Exclusions 
  • Returned, cancelled, or credited orders will be deducted from qualifying spend. 
  • Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 
General 

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual whom the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. 

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude or modify, the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Fair Trading Act 1986, as well as any other implied warranties under the Fair Trading Act or similar consumer protection laws in New Zealand (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.  

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of or taking of a prize. 

The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to New Zealand regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://goodmanfielder.com/privacy-policy.  In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter.  

Promoter  

The Promoter is Goodman Fielder New Zealand Limited of 2/8 Nelson Street, Auckland 1010. All decisions of the Promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
