Tararua Dips & Bluebird Chips Promotion Terms and Conditions 

 

Promotion Entry and Participation 

Entry into and/or participation in the Tararua Dips & Bluebird Chips Promotion (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions include information on how to enter the Promotion and a description of the promotional assets under the Promotion.  

Promoter 

The promoter of the Promotion is Goodman Fielder New Zealand Limited of 2/8 Nelson Street, Auckland 1010 (Goodman Fielder or Promoter). All decisions of the Promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

Who can Enter?  

Entry is open to NZ residents aged 18 years and over who are (1) the registered majority owner of a dairy business and (2) a Goodman Fielder account holder (Eligible Entrant).

You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee of the Promoter or its related corporations or agencies, or a member of such employee’s immediate family.  

 Promotion Period  

The Promotion will commence on 29th July 2024 and finish on 22nd September 2024 (both dates inclusive) (Promotion Period).

How to Qualify?  

To qualify for this Promotion and receive a 10% discount on the Tararua dip range, you must comply with the following conditions:

  • You must be an Eligible Entrant;
  • You must agree a maximum retail price of $8 for the combination of Bluebird Chips and Tararua Dips (Combo);
  • Both Tararua Dips and Bluebird chips must be stocked and available in your dairy throughout the Promotion Period;
  • During the Promotion Period, you must not sell the Combo at a price greater than the agreed maximum retail price;
  • The price at which you sell the Combo during the Promotion Period must be displayed on the Point of Sale/Digi 8 throughout the Promotion Period; and
  • You must comply with the Additional Conditions (below)

(collectively, Qualifying Criteria).

 Additional Conditions

As a condition of participating in this Promotion and accepting the Promotional Assets, you agree to: 

  • display all Point of Sale (POS) materials provided by Goodman Fielder and run the in-store consumer promo “Grab a Tararua Dip and Bluebird Chip combo for a max retail price of $8”.

 

Promotional Assets 

The promotional assets are the following:  

  • Fridge decal;
  • A3 Poster; and
  • Wobbler

(collectively, Promotional Assets).

Once you confirm with your Territory Sales Manager (TSM) that you meet and will continue to meet the Qualifying Criteria, the Promotional Assets will be delivered to you by your TSM after the commencement of the Promotion Period.

If you fail to meet the Qualifying Criteria and/or fail to comply with the Additional Conditions, Goodman Fielder reserves the right to withdraw all Promotional Assets and, where the Promotional Assets have already been delivered to you, require you to return the Promotional Assets to Goodman Fielder, and you must do so.

Delivery of promotional assets 
The Promotional Assets will be delivered to you by the week commencing 29th July 2024. The items included in the Promotional Assets are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. 

No endorsement  

You acknowledge and agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any software, application or website used to enter the Promotion. If you use any software, application or website to enter the Promotion, that use is subject to any applicable terms of use. In the event of any inconsistency between such terms and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will prevail. 

Promoter’s Rights  

The Promoter reserves the right to require you to remove POS materials, Promotional Assets and/or beanies if you have failed to comply with the conditions of acceptance set out in these Terms and Conditions. Additionally, the Promoter reserves the right to:

  • provide alternative items of equal monetary value in the event that any item included in the Promotional Assets becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control;
  • disallow entries in its absolute discretion;
  • verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award the Promotional Assets where a participant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion;
  • terminate this Promotion or amend any aspect of this Promotion (including the Promotional Assets) without notice at any time in its sole discretion in the event that this Promotion or any aspect of this Promotion cannot be reasonably conducted as planned; and/or
  • enforce any of its rights at any stage and failure to do so does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 

Exclusion  

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is or may be suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is or may be suffered or sustained, in connection with participation in the Promotion or accepting the Promotional Assets, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  

Indemnity 

 As a condition of participating in the Promotion, you indemnify the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with the Promotion from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which the Promoter may incur or suffer arising out of or relating to: (a) your participation in the Promotion and/or (b) your use of the Promotional Assets, howsoever caused.   

Publicity  

By participating in this Promotion, you consent to the Promoter’s use and reproduction of your name, likeness, image and voice in any media for an unlimited period of time and without remuneration for the purposes of the Promotion and promoting any products manufactured, supplied or distributed by the Promoter.  

Privacy; Your Personal Information 

The information collected about entrants in the course of the Promotion has been requested to enable the Promoter to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including publicity), and for promotional purposes.
