Meadow Fresh - It’s time for a Pay Rise Promotion

Promotion

Entry into and participation in the Meadow Fresh It’s time for a Pay Rise Promotion (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which includes any information on how to enter and prizes.

Who can enter?

Entry is open only to Foodservice business owners who are Goodman Fielder account holders during the Promotion period. You must also be a resident of New Zealand and be at least 18 years of age (Eligible Entrant). You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee of the Promoter or its related corporations or agencies, or a member of an employee’s immediate family.

Under 18?

If you are under 18 years old at the time of entering, you must obtain the prior permission and consent of your legal parent or guardian. Any Prize will be awarded to the successful entrant’s nominated parent or guardian.

Multiple Entries

You may only enter the Promotion once. However, if you satisfy the Purchase Requirement (described below) you can also earn bonus entries in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You are not permitted to use any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows you to automatically enter or enter repeatedly. Any such entries will render all entries submitted by that person invalid.  You are responsible for any associated costs of entry, including internet access and phone calls.

Promotion Period

The Promotion commences at 12:01AM NZST on 2 June 2024 and will close at 11:59PM NZST on 22 September 2024.

How to enter?

To enter the Promotion and be eligible to win, you must:

1. have been trading with Goodman Fielder for at least 12 weeks prior to 3 June 2024; and
2. purchase from Goodman Fielder at least 1x Meadow Fresh two (2) litre milk each week during the Promotion Period (Sunday – Saturday) (Purchase Requirement).  

Bonus Entries

Provided you have satisfied the Purchase Requirement, one (1) bonus entry will be awarded for each separate purchase during the Promotion Period from Goodman Fielder of other products from any of the following additional Café Perfect Basket Categories; Meadow Fresh Cream, Meadow Fresh 5kg Grated Cheese or Meadow Fresh Cultured, Meadow Fresh Yoghurt, Naturalea Yoghurt, Chesdale Cheese, and selected Hellers and Huttons products.

Records of purchase

The Promoter’s records of purchases made during the Promotion Period are final in respect of the satisfaction of the eligibility criteria.

Prize(s)

The Prizes are: 4 x $200 dollar per week ‘pay rises’ for the winners to pass on to one or more staff members, from w/c 14^th October 2024 (double payment) – w/c 23^rd December 2024. The winning cafés will also wins a $500 Goodman Fielder Account Credit (Grand Prize). Bonus entries also go into a second chance draw to win one of 10 $250 Goodman Fielder Account Credits (Bonus Prizes). The total prize pool is valued at $14,100 (including tax).  Prize(s) are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

The weekly $200 amounts forming part of the Grand Prize will be paid weekly via bank transfer to the bank account nominated by the Grand Prize winners and notified to the Promoter. The Grand Prize winners will be required to nominate the bank account/s to which the prize will be paid within the time reasonably required by the Promoter. The Grand Prize winners will be solely responsible for ensuring that they provide the correct bank account details to the Promoter, and for notifying the Promoter of any changes to their account details before the end of the scheduled payments. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to process any bank transfer because of any incorrect bank account details provided to the Promoter. This Promotion does not affect and Grand Prize winners remain at all times solely responsible for the payment of all applicable wages and entitlements to their employees.

Prize draw

The Prize draw will be held at 10am NZDT on Wednesday 2 October 2024 at the Promoter’s head office in Aukland. The winner of the Grand Prize will be the first four (4) valid entries randomly drawn from all eligible entries. The winners of the bonus prizes will be the 10 valid entries of randomly drawn from the remaining eligible entries, provided that each Goodman Fielder account holder can only win a maximum of one (1) Prize from this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries to be deemed as alternate winners in the event of a Prize forfeiture.

Notification to winner(s)

Winner(s) will be notified by email/phone using the email address/phone number provided by the Eligible Entrant.  

Accepting the Prize

Following the notification to winners, winners will need to email sarah.mcmath@goodmanfielder.co.nz with their confirmed contact details.  This will enable the Promoter to supply the Prize and will be deemed to be acceptance of the Prize.  If a winner does not accept the Prize within five (5) days of being notified, the Prize will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to award any forfeited Prize to another Eligible Entrant from reserve entries drawn.  

Your entry

You promise and warrant that all the details submitted with your entry are true and correct.

Receipt of entries

Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries. Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt by the Promoter or its agents.

Promoter’s rights:

The Promoter reserves the right to: provide an alternative prize of equal monetary value in the event that a prize or any part of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control; disallow entries in its absolute discretion; verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where dishonest or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion; to terminate this Promotion or amend any aspect of this Promotion (including the prize) without notice at any time in its sole discretion in the event that this Promotion or any aspect of this Promotion cannot be reasonably conducted as planned; and enforce any of its rights at any stage and failure to do so does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Exclusion

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is or may be suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is or may be suffered or sustained, in connection with participation in the promotion or accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnity

As a condition of participating in a promotion, the winner indemnifies the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with that promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which the Promoter may incur arising out of the winner’s participation in the Promotion and/or participation in a prize, howsoever caused.

Publicity

By entering the draw or accepting a prize you consent to the use of your name, likeness, image or voice in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purposes of the Promotion and promoting any products manufactured, supplied or distributed by the Promoter.

Privacy

The information collected about entrants in the course of the Promotion has been requested to enable the Promoter to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including publicity), and for promotional purposes.  All personal information collected will be in accordance with the Goodman Fielder Privacy Policy which can be found here: http://goodmanfielder.com/privacy-policy/.

The promoter is Goodman Fielder New Zealand Limited of 2/8 Nelson Street, Auckland 1010. All decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
