Fortune Squishmallow Dragon Boat Festival GWP Promotion Terms and Conditions
Promotion Entry and Participation
Entry into and participation in the Fortune Squishmallow – Dragon Boat Festival Promotion (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which includes any information on how to enter and description of the promotional assets.
Who can Enter?
Entry is open to NZ residents aged 18 years and over who are the registered majority owner of a retail food business and are Goodman Fielder account holders (Eligible Entrant). You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee of the Promoter or its related corporations or agencies, or a member of an employee’s immediate family.
Promotion Period
The Promotion will commence 3rd of June 2024 and continues while stocks of the promotional assets last.
How to Qualify?
To qualify for this Promotion and receive 195 Squishmallows to give away in your store, you must after the start of the Promotion Period purchase a minimum of ‘one’ of the following packages:
- Package 1: 4x pallets of Jasmine 20kg + 4 pallets of oil (Canola 2L + Canola 5L)
- Package 2: 2x pallets of Jasmine 20kg + 3 pallets of oil (Canola 2L + Canola 5L)
- Package 3: 2 x pallets of Jasmine 20kg + 1 pallet of oil (Canola 2L or Canola 5L)
Deliveries can be split into two shipments. Deliveries placed will be delivered between 1st June 2024 and 30th June 2024.
Promotional Assets
The promotional assets include:
- 195 Squishmallows
- A4 poster
- Pallet wrap
- Life-size Squishmallow cut out
These will be delivered to you when you satisfy the ‘How to Qualify’ criteria after the commencement of the Promotional Period.
As a condition of participating in this Promotion and accepting to participate in this promo, you agree to:
- display all Point of Sale (POS) materials provided by Goodman Fielder and run the in-store consumer promo "Get a free soft toy when you purchase 20kg of Jasmine Rice" – while stocks last in your store.
- remove POS materials once Squishmallows have run out to avoid consumer confusion.
Delivery of promotional assets
The promotional assets will be delivered to you by the w/c 3rd of June, 2024. The items included in the promotional assets are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
No endorsement
You acknowledge and agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any software, application or website used to enter the Promotion. If you use any software, application or website to enter the Promotion, that use is subject to any applicable terms of use. In the event of any inconsistency between such terms and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
Promoter’s Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to require you to remove POS materials and Squishmallows if you have failed to comply with the conditions of acceptance set out in these Terms and Conditions. Additionally, the Promoter reserves the right to: provide alternative items of equal monetary value in the event that any item included in the promotional assets becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control; disallow entries in its absolute discretion; verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award the promotional assets where a participant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion; to terminate this Promotion or amend any aspect of this Promotion (including the promotional assets) without notice at any time in its sole discretion in the event that this Promotion or any aspect of this Promotion cannot be reasonably conducted as planned; and enforce any of its rights at any stage and failure to do so does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Exclusion
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is or may be suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is or may be suffered or sustained, in connection with participation in the promotion or accepting the promotional assets , except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Indemnity
As a condition of participating in a promotion, you indemnify the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with that promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which the Promoter may incur arising out of your participation in the Promotion and/or use of the promotional assets, howsoever caused.
Publicity
By participating in this promotion, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, image or voice in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purposes of the Promotion and promoting any products manufactured, supplied or distributed by the Promoter.
Privacy
The information collected about entrants in the course of the Promotion has been requested to enable the Promoter to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including publicity), and for promotional purposes.
