Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your coffee journey?
I'm a barista at Atomic Coffee Roasters in Auckland. Before starting in coffee, I was an animator who drank coffee in the mornings. One day, I was inspired by a skilled barista's passion and ability to connect with customers. My chef partner suggested I learn more about coffee, so I started at the washing dishes. Through hard work and dedication, I've become a professional barista and am continually inspired by the creativity in the specialty coffee industry.
