Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your coffee journey?
I was brought up around coffee, with my Dad being in the coffee industry for my whole life. I started working at cafes when I was younger, and now work for my Dad at Sacred Grounds as a Barista Trainer
What motivated you to enter the Barista Champs this year, is this your first time?
Yes, I wanted to push myself further in the championship side of things, a fun (and stressful) challenge for me :)

What makes the coffee at Sacred Grounds stand out?
The love and care that goes into every roast, and every cup.
How do you drink your coffee?
Long black, flat white, espresso. All of the above :)
We know you are all about the coffee, but do you have a food offering at Sacred Grounds?
We like to focus more on our coffee, and we aren’t a very big team. We have a small selection of slices on offer, to compliment your cup.
What’s your favourite dish?
Brownies!
Can you share a piece of advice you’d offer others starting in hospitality?
The customers are always right, even when they aren’t :)
When you’re not spinning coffees, what do you enjoy doing?
I love going to concerts, music is a must in everyday life
