Terms and Conditions
Promotion
Entry into and participation in the Meadow Fresh X Cafes Consumer Steven Adams Shoe Colouring Competition (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which includes any information on how to enter and Prizes.
Who can enter?
Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who will be between 8 and 17 years of age on 31 August 2025, subject to these Terms and Conditions (Eligible Entrant). You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee of the Promoter or its related corporations or agencies, or a member of an employee’s immediate family.
You must obtain the prior permission and consent of your legal parent or guardian to enter into this Promotion.
Multiple Entries
You may enter the Promotion multiple times, provided you follow the ‘How to enter?’ rules for each separate entry. You are not permitted to use any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows you to automatically enter or enter repeatedly. Any such entries will render all entries submitted by that person invalid. You are responsible for any associated costs of entry, including internet access and phone calls.
Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 12:01AM and NZST on 7th April 2025 and will close at 11:59PM NZST on 16th May 2025 (Promotion Period).
How to enter?
To enter the Promotion and be eligible to win, you must, during the Promotion Period:
a) Colour in the Steven Adams image. Fill in your contact details on the sheet in the space provided and drop the completed page in the entry box at the café. The café will return all entries in the courier bag provided to Goodman Fielder Head Office.
b) Only entries received by Goodman Fielder from cafés which have purchase at least 1x Meadow Fresh 2L Milk from Goodman Fielder each week during the Promotion Period will be eligible.
Prize(s)
There are three (3) Prizes to be won. Each Prize is one (1) ticket to attend a Steven Adams Basketball Camp to be held in New Zealand in August 2025. There will be one (1) winner for each of three (3) regions in which a basketball camp will be held. Winners must be children, aged between eight (8) and seventeen (17) as of 31 August 2025 to participate in a camp. The total Prize pool is valued at approx. $500 (including tax). Prize(s) are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
Prize draw
The Prize draw will be held at 10am and NZST on Wednesday 4th June 2025 at the Promoter’s head office in Aukland. The winner(s) will be the first valid entry randomly drawn from all eligible entries for each of the three (3) regions, i.e., one (1) winner per region. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries to be deemed as alternate winners in the event of a Prize forfeiture.
Notification to winner(s)
Winner(s) will notified by email/phone using the email address/phone number provided by the Eligible Entrant.
Accepting the Prize
Following the notification to winners, winners will need to email sarah.mcmath@goodmanfielder.co.nz with their confirmed contact details. This will enable the Promoter to supply the Prize and will be deemed to be acceptance of the Prize. If a winner does not accept the Prize within five (5) days of being notified, the Prize will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to award any forfeited Prize to another eligible entrant from reserve entries drawn.
Your entry
You promise and warrant that all the details submitted with your entry are true and correct and:
- Your entry is original, solely your own;
- Your entry does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party; and
- The exercise of any rights granted by you to the Promoter is at the complete discretion of the Promoter, including any communication of your entry to the public.
Receipt of entries
Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted entries. Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt by the Promoter or its agents.
Licence
By submitting your entry, you grant the Promoter and its licensees and assignees a perpetual, world-wide, royalty free, licence to exercise all rights (including intellectual property and privacy rights) to your entry and any other material provided by you to the Promoter in relation to the Promotion at any time. You consent to your entry being edited or adapted or modified at any time and in any manner by the Promoter or its agents, licensees, and assignees.
Promoter’s rights:
The Promoter reserves the right to: provide an alternative prize of equal monetary value in the event that a Prize or any part of a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control; disallow entries in its absolute discretion; verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a Prize where dishonest or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion; to terminate this Promotion or amend any aspect of this Promotion (including the Prize) without notice at any time in its sole discretion in the event that this Promotion or any aspect of this Promotion cannot be reasonably conducted as planned; and enforce any of its rights at any stage and failure to do so does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Exclusion
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is or may be suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is or may be suffered or sustained, in connection with participation in the promotion or accepting any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Indemnity
As a condition of participating in a promotion, the winner and their parent/guardian indemnifies the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with that promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which the Promoter may incur arising out of the winner’s participation in the Promotion and/or participation in a Prize, howsoever caused.
Publicity
By entering the draw or accepting a Prize, the entrant’s parent, or guardian consent to the use of the entrant’s name, likeness, image, or voice in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purposes of the Promotion and promoting any products manufactured, supplied, or distributed by the Promoter.
Privacy
The information collected about entrants in the course of the Promotion has been requested to enable the Promoter to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including publicity), and for promotional purposes. Promoter
The promoter is Goodman Fielder New Zealand Limited of 2/8 Nelson Street, Auckland 1010. All decisions of the Promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
