Tiramisu with Lotus Biscoff

Tiramisu is a group pleaser at any table. Try this version with a special twist using Lotus Biscoff Biscuits and Crumble. 

Ingredients

3 Eggs
6 tbsp Chelsea Sugar
2 tbsp Amaretto
250g Lotus Biscoff Biscuits
500g Puhoi Valley Mascarpone
1 Cup Strong Coffee
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder

Method

  1. Separate the eggs and beat the yolks and sugar until creamy.
  2. Flavor the mixture with the amaretto and add the mascarpone.
  3. Beat the egg whites and carefully fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Divide the Biscoff among glass dishes and pour a splash of coffee on top. Cover with a layer of mascarpone cream. Repeat these layers until all the ingredients have been used up.
  5. Finish with sieved cocoa powder.
