Buttermilk Fried Chicken Tenders

Golden, crispy buttermilk-fried chicken tenderloins bursting with flavour and the perfect crunch!

Prep time: 6 hours (marinade overnight)

Cook time: approx 15 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients

2 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tsp Celery Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Oregano
8 tsp Paprika
2 tsp White Pepper
3 tsp Garlic Powder
3 tsp Chicken Salt
600ml Meadow Fresh Buttermilk
5kg Chicken Tenderloins

Method

  1. Combine the seasoning and mix with the buttermilk. Fold the chicken through and marinade overnight for a minimum of 6 hours
  2. Fill your deep fryer with Simply Canola Oil and set to 170 degrees Celsius
  3. Put your marinated chicken into the BFC coating, squeezing the pieces a little to pack on the coat
  4. Gently drop into the deep fryer and fry until golden brown and crispy, and the internal temperature is 75 degrees Celsius
