Method
1. Break one of the biscuits in half and set aside one half. Crush remaining biscuits into crumbs. Heat 2 tablespoons biscuit spread in the microwave until it is an easy
drizzling consistency. Spread some onto the rim of a milkshake glass and swirl some more around the inside of the glass. Reserve a little melted spread for serving. Dip the top of the glass in biscuit crumbs.
2. Blend ice cream, milk, remaining 2 1/2 tablespoons biscuit spread, vanilla and
cinnamon together until smooth. Pour into glass.
3. Top with a dollop of cream, if using, and drizzle with remaining melted spread and
extra cookie crumbs. Insert the half cookie on top.
