Method
1. Drizzle the inside of a tall glass with chocolate syrup.
2. Blend ice cream, milk, milkshake syrup and food colouring together until smooth.
Pour into glass.
3. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with a little extra chocolate syrup.
TIP
• Mint choc chip ice cream can be substituted for vanilla. Add an extra 1/2 Tbsp (15ml)
milkshake syrup.
