Mango Lassi Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup Frozen Mango (135g)
2/3 cup The Alternative Dairy Co Barista Coconut Milk (167ml)
1/3 cup Unsweetened Greek yoghurt or Coconut yoghurt (84g)
2 tsp Honey
1/8 tsp Ground Cardamom + extra to serve

Method

1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.


2. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with a little extra cardamom.
