Method
1. Blueberry Syrup
Place blueberries, water and honey/maple syrup in a small saucepan. Simmer over
medium heat until syrupy (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat, allow to cool, then blend until smooth.
2. Iced Matcha
Whisk water, honey/maple syrup (if using) and matcha together until smooth.
3. Add one third of the blueberry syrup (approx. 30g) to a tall glass. Add a generous quantity of ice to glass.
4. Pour in milk. Top with matcha mixture and serve immediately.
