Who is Streetwise Coffee? 

Streetwise Coffee is a franchise company that began on the Kapiti Coast in 2003.  Streetwise franchised in 2006 and we operate designer-built takeaway coffee outlets, permanently sited so customers always know where to find us!  We’ve developed a great reputation for the quality of our coffee and our customer service.  We don’t compete directly with cafes as we specialise in street / highway coffee for people on the go. 

Streetwise has 24 coffee carts dotted around NZ – from Whangarei in the North as far south as Blenheim.  We’re always looking for new opportunities to pop a cart into a town near you and work with local people who wish to become Streetwise franchisees.

 Tell us more about your range of coffee beans & how you ethically source your beans.

We source our Coffee beans from Havana Coffee who works with various growers alongside with Real Trade (as opposed to Fair Trade).  They visit the growers and work with them and their families to ensure a fair deal for all.

 One piece of advise you’d give other starting out in hospitality

Be open when you say you’ll be open.  Be consistent with your offering.  Be nice to people!
