Terms and Conditions

Promotion
Entry into and participation in the Goodman Fielder Foodservice Spark and One Voucher Giveaway Promotion (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which includes any information on how to enter and description of the prizes.

Who can Enter? 
Entry is open to NZ residents aged 18 years and over who are the registered majority owner of a Foodservice business (‘Eligible Entrant’). You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee of the Promoter or its related corporations or agencies, or a member of an employee’s immediate family. 

Promotional Period
The Promotion will commence at 6am on the 25th of September 2023 and end at 5pm on the 3rd of December 2023 (the Promotional Period).

How to Enter?
To enter the Promotion and be eligible to win, you must sign up and complete the registration to be a Goodman Fielder customer and place a first order. Sign up includes full validated registration as a new ordering customer, with forms completed accurately at 1Centre or through the Goodman Fielder Customer Centre (0800 472 329).

Entries
Only one entry will be permitted per Eligible Entrant.

Prize
There are eight $1,000 Spark or One Vouchers (Prizes) to be won. The total value of each Prize is NZ$8,000. 

Notification to winner(s) 
Winner(s) will be notified by email and phone using the email address and phone number contained in the Registration Form.

Date, Time & Location of Draw
The draw will take place at 12pm (midday) Wednesday 13 December 2023 at the promotors head office at 2/8 Nelson Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland by a member of the Foodservice marketing Team. The first six names drawn will be allocated one Prize each.

Re-Draw
If any winner(s) does not accept the prize within seven (7) days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited. The re-draw (if any) will be conducted at 10am on Tuesday 19 December 2023 at the Promoters head office at 2/8 Nelson Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland by a member of the Foodservice Marketing team.

Delivery of the Prize
The Prize will be couriered to the winners Goodman Fielder within one month of being notified. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

Game of Chance
This is a game of Chance. All Eligible Entries will go into the draw to win the Prize. All Eligible Entrants have an equal chance of winning the Prize.

Receipt of Entries
Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete or incorrectly submitted registrations. Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of registration by the Promoter or its agents.

Promoter’s Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to: provide an alternative prize of equal monetary value in the event that a prize or any part of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control; disallow entries in its absolute discretion; verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where dishonest or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion; to terminate this Promotion or amend any aspect of this Promotion (including the prize) without notice at any time in its sole discretion in the event that this Promotion or any aspect of this Promotion cannot be reasonably conducted as planned; and enforce any of its rights at any stage and failure to do so does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Exclusion
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is or may be suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is or may be suffered or sustained, in connection with participation in the promotion or accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Publicity
By entering the draw or accepting a prize you consent to the use of your name, likeness, image or voice in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purposes of the Promotion and promoting any products manufactured, supplied or distributed by the Promoter. 

Privacy 
The information collected about entrants in the course of the Promotion has been requested to enable the Promoter to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including publicity), and for promotional purposes. All personal information collected will be in accordance with the Goodman Fielder Privacy Policy which can be found here: http://goodmanfielder.com/privacy-policy/.

A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.

Promoter 
The promoter is Goodman Fielder New Zealand Limited of 2/8 Nelson Street, Auckland 1010. All decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
