Grilled Chicken Tikka Masala with Mango Chutney

Colourful, aromatic and flavoursome, this Chicken Tikka Masala has all of the elements required to spice up your menu.


  • 1kg Boneless Chicken Thigh
  • 16g Ground Cumin
  • 16g Ground Coriander
  • 24g Garam Masala
  • 16g Ground Fennel
  • 20g Kashmiri Chili Powder
  • 100ml Yoghurt
  • 8g Tandoori Paste
  • 4g Tandoori Powder
  • 18g Fenugreek Seeds
  • 100g Fortune Biryani Special Basmati Rice


Step 1

Cook your Fortune Biryani Special Basmati Rice according to the instructions found on the bag.

Step 2
Add the cumin, coriander, garam masala, fennel, kashmiri chili, tandoori paste and tandoori powder into the yoghurt and mix well.

Step 3
Saute the fenugreek seeds until fragrant and add to the rest of the yoghurt and mix. Marinate the chicken, leaving whole.

Step 4
Set aside for 24 hours in the fridge.

Step 5
Grill chicken on a hot pan until cooked through and charred.

Step 6
Serve with your Fortune Biryani Special Basmati Rice and favourite accompaniments like mango chutney, cucumber riata and naan bread.
