40 CARTON ACCOUNT CREDIT PROMOTION – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promotion  

Participation in the Goodman Fielder Sub C 40-Carton Account Credit Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

Promotional Period 

The Promotion commences at 12:01AM NZST on 1 August 2026 and closes at 11:59PM NZST on 30 September 2026 (Promotional Period). 

Who can participate? To qualify for the Promotion, a customer: 

• Must be a Sub Continental Foodservice business owner; 
• Must be a Goodman Fielder account holder as determined by the Promoter; 
• Must be based in New Zealand; and 
• Must not be an employee of the Promoter or its related corporations or agencies, or an immediate family member of such an employee. 

Such qualifying customer is an eligible customer. 
 

Offer 

• An Eligible Customer who purchases a minimum of 40 cartons of Eligible Products during the Promotional Period, including at least 2 cartons from each category listed in the Eligible Products table, will receive a $150 Goodman Fielder account credit.  
• For each category with multiple Eligible Products, the 2-carton minimum must be satisfied by purchasing at least 2x any one Eligible Product in that category. 
• Any remaining cartons needed to reach the 40-carton minimum can be made up of any Eligible Products listed in the Eligible Products table. 
• There is no limit on the number of Eligible Customers who may receive the account credit, provided each Eligible Customer satisfies the purchase requirement during the Promotional Period. 
• Only products listed in the Eligible Products table qualify for this promotion. 

Eligible Products 

Conditions 

• This promotion applies to net purchases only and excludes any returns, credits or cancelled orders.
• Qualifying purchases must be invoiced to an Eligible Customer’s Goodman Fielder account during the Promotional Period and will be determined by Goodman Fielder’s account and sales records. 
• Account credit will be applied to the qualifying customer account after the Promotional Period has ended and Goodman Fielder has verified that the purchase requirement has been satisfied. Account credit is available for active Goodman Fielder accounts only and will not be paid out if an account is closed, suspended or otherwise unable to receive the credit. 
• Goodman Fielder may reverse or adjust any account credit if qualifying purchases are later returned, credited, cancelled or not paid for. 
• Account credit is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 
• Only selected products listed above are eligible for this promotion. 
• Eligible products are subject to availability. 

General 

• The Promoter may amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or where reasonably necessary to address fraud, error or administrative difficulties. 
• The Promoter’s determination of eligibility and account credit entitlement will be final, acting reasonably and based on Goodman Fielder’s account and sales records. 
• Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
