Bakers Rewards - Trip to Shanghai
Terms & Conditions
Promotion
Entry into and participation in the Bakers Rewards – Trip to Shanghai (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including the information on how to enter and the prizes.
Who can enter?
Entry is open only to foodservice business owners or authorised representatives of a foodservice business that: (1) holds an active ; (3) is based in New Zealand; and (4) is represented by a person aged 18 years or over who is a New Zealand resident (each an Eligible Entrant). Employees of the Promoter, its related companies, participating agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 12:01AM NZT on 1st September 2026 and will close at 11:59PM NZT on 30th November 2026.
How to Enter?
Entry is automatic. To enter the Promotion and be eligible for the draw, an Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotion Period, purchase at least 30 bags of 20kg GFIG flour from Goodman Fielder on its eligible trade account (Qualifying Purchase Requirement). An Eligible Entrant that satisfies the Qualifying Purchase Requirement will receive one (1) entry in the draw. No entry form is required. Entry records will be generated from the Promoter’s account and purchase records. There is no additional cost to enter beyond purchasing the promoted product(s) at the usual trade price.
Bonus Entries
Bonus entries are only available if the Eligible Entrant has satisfied the Qualifying Purchase Requirement. If that requirement is satisfied, the entrant will receive bonus entries for purchases made on the same Goodman Fielder trade account during the Promotion Period of any other participating Goodman Fielder SKU which has not been previously purchased under that account. Unless the Promoter states otherwise in writing before the Promotion commences, one (1) bonus entry is awarded per participating new SKU purchased during the Promotion Period. Bonus entries do not apply to purchases of promoted flour used to satisfy the Qualifying Purchase Requirement.
Records of Purchase
The Promoter’s records are final for the purpose of determining whether the Qualifying Purchase Requirement has been satisfied and whether any bonus-entry criteria have been satisfied, except in the case of manifest error.
Prizes
There are eight (8) prizes to be won in total, comprising one (1) major prize and seven (7) minor prizes. Only one (1) prize may be awarded per Goodman Fielder account holder.

Minor Prizes: Goodman Fielder Account Credits and GF Ingredients Flour
There are seven (7) minor prizes. The minor prizes consist of two (2) Goodman Fielder Food Service account credits valued at NZD $250 each, which will be applied to the winners' Goodman Fielder customer accounts following prize acceptance, and five (5) flour prize packs. Each flour prize pack consists of five (5) 20kg bags of GF Ingredients Flour, with the winner able to select their preferred flour products from the GF Ingredients range, subject to availability. Minor prizes will be arranged with the relevant winning account holder following prize acceptance.
The total prize pool is valued at up to approximately NZD $9,000 including GST, where applicable, comprising one (1) major prize and seven (7) minor prizes. The retail value of non-cash prizes is stated as at the date these Terms and Conditions are published. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
The winner of the major prize must be available to travel on the dates notified by the Promoter and must, within the timeframe reasonably specified by the Promoter, provide all information and documentation required to book and take the trip, including a current passport, any required visas and any other travel documentation. If a major prize winner is unwilling or unable to travel on the dates determined by the Promoter, does not hold or obtain the required travel documentation, or does not provide required booking information within the required timeframe, the major prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to a reserve entry drawn as an alternate winner. The Promoter may change the travel dates, itinerary, destination details or other components of the major prize as the Promoter considers reasonably necessary due to availability, safety, operational requirements or circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
Prize Draw
The draw for the one (1) major prize will be held at 10:00am NZDT on Wednesday, 9 December 2026 at the Promoter's head office in Auckland, New Zealand. The draw will be conducted randomly from all eligible entries. The first valid entry drawn will win the major prize, subject to the limit of one (1) prize per Goodman Fielder account holder. For the purposes of the draw, an eligible entry is an entry allocated to an Eligible Entrant that has satisfied the Qualifying Purchase Requirement, together with any valid bonus entries allocated under these Terms and Conditions.
Immediately after the draw for the major prize, the draw for the seven (7) minor prizes will be held at the same place and on the same date. The first seven (7) valid remaining entries randomly drawn from all eligible entries that have not already won a prize will each win a minor prize, subject to the limit of one (1) prize per Goodman Fielder account holder. If more than one drawn entry is attributed to the same account holder, or an entry has already won a prize, the Promoter may disregard the later-drawn entry or entries and continue drawing until seven (7) eligible minor prize winners are identified.
The two (2) Goodman Fielder Food Service account credits valued at NZD $250 each will be awarded first, followed by the five (5) flour prize packs. Each flour prize pack consists of five (5) bags of GF Ingredients Flour selected by the winner, subject to product availability. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or prize forfeiture occurs.
Notification to Winner(s)
Major prize winners and minor prize winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details held by the Promoter for the relevant Eligible Entrant or Goodman Fielder account holder. The Promoter may require a winner to confirm eligibility, account details and contact details before arranging delivery or fulfilment of the relevant prize.
Accepting the Prize
To accept a prize, a winner must respond to the Promoter within five (5) days of notification and provide any information reasonably requested by the Promoter to verify eligibility and arrange fulfilment of the prize.
For the major prize, acceptance must include confirmation of the winner’s contact details and confirmation that the winner is willing and able to travel in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may also require the major prize winner to provide further booking and travel information within a reasonable timeframe.
For a minor prize, acceptance must include confirmation of the delivery details or account information reasonably required by the Promoter to arrange the account credit or supply of the flour prize pack.
If a winner does not accept the relevant prize within five (5) days of notification, does not provide the information reasonably required by the Promoter, or is otherwise found not to be eligible, that prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to a reserve entry drawn as an alternate winner.
Your Entry
You warrant that all information provided to the Promoter in connection with the Promotion is true, complete and correct. If the Eligible Entrant is a business, the individual accepting or using a prize warrants that they are authorised to do so on behalf of that business and that acceptance or use of the prize is permitted by the business’s internal policies.
Receipt of Entries
Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted entries. Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt by the Promoter or its agents.
Promoter’s Rights:
The Promoter may: (a) substitute a prize, or any component of a prize, with another prize or component of equal or greater value if the original prize or component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control; (b) verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants, including by checking identity, account details and purchase records; (c) disqualify an entry or refuse to award a prize if the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has provided false, misleading or incomplete information, has tampered with the entry process, has engaged in unlawful, fraudulent or misleading conduct, or has otherwise materially breached these Terms and Conditions; and (d) cancel, suspend, amend or restart the Promotion, or amend these Terms and Conditions, if reasonably necessary due to technical failure, unauthorised interference, fraud, a legal or regulatory requirement, or any other event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control that materially affects the Promoter’s ability to conduct the Promotion fairly or as intended.
If the Promoter makes a material change to the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to notify entrants of that change. Any exercise of the Promoter’s rights under these Terms and Conditions will be carried out reasonably and in good faith. A failure by the Promoter to enforce a right at any time does not operate as a waiver of that right.
Exclusion
Participation in the Promotion and, in the case of a major prize winner, travel and related activities, may involve risks that are outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay or expense arising from any act, omission or default of any third-party travel, accommodation or other service provider, or from any event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including transport disruption, border restrictions, government action, weather events, illness or other force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable law. Subject to the previous sentence and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or any prize.
Each winner is responsible for ensuring that they are able to take the prize safely and lawfully, including by complying with applicable travel, health, passport, visa and other governmental requirements and with the terms of the relevant carriers and service providers.
Indemnity
A winner must indemnify the Promoter against any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense reasonably incurred by the Promoter arising from a third-party claim to the extent that claim results from the winner’s: (a) breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) unlawful, wilfully misconducted or fraudulent act or omission; or (c) negligent act or omission, in each case in connection with the winner’s acceptance or use of the prize.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent that the relevant loss, damage, liability, cost or expense was caused or contributed to by the Promoter’s negligence, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unlawful act or omission.
Publicity
By entering the draw or accepting a prize, each winner consents to the Promoter using their name, business name, image, likeness, voice and general location for the purposes of conducting, publicising and promoting the Promotion and Goodman Fielder products, without further remuneration, for a reasonable period after the Promotion. The Promoter will not use a winner’s personal information for publicity in a manner that would be unfair or misleading.

The Promoter may disclose personal information to its related companies, contractors, travel providers, agencies and service providers for those purposes, including recipients located outside New Zealand where reasonably necessary to arrange the major prize. All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Goodman Fielder Privacy Policy, available at http://goodmanfielder.com/privacy-policy/.
