Terms and Conditions
(Draw to win a Trip to Bakery China Trade Show in Shanghai + bonus draw for one of two (2) $250 Goodman Fielder Account Credits, or one of five (5) GF Ingredients flour prize packs, each made up of five (5) 20kg bags of flour)
Promotion
Entry into and participation in the Goodman Fielder Food Service Bakers Collective promotion (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including the information on how to qualify, how entries are allocated, and the prizes. Participation is automatic for Eligible Entrants who satisfy the applicable purchase requirements during the Promotion Period. No entry form is required.
Who Can Enter?
Entry is open only to foodservice business owners or authorised representatives of a foodservice business that: (1) registers for and opens a new Goodman Fielder Foodservice trade account during the Promotion Period; (2) did not hold an active Goodman Fielder Foodservice trade account, and had not traded with Goodman Fielder Foodservice, in the six (6) months before 1 September 2026; (3) is a Food Service Independent Bakery, being a bakery with up to a maximum of four (4) sites nationally where all sites operate under the same banner or brand; (4) is based in New Zealand; and (5) is represented by a person aged 18 years or over who is a New Zealand resident (each an Eligible Entrant). Employees of the Promoter, its related companies, participating agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 9:00am NZT on 1 September 2026 and closes at 5:00pm NZDT on 30 November 2026 (Promotion Period).
Sign-up Benefits
Eligible Entrants may receive access to exclusive monthly discounts and promotions for a period of up to twelve (12) weeks from the date their new Goodman Fielder Foodservice trade account is opened. Any such discounts or promotions are separate from the prize draw mechanics and are subject to availability, the Promoter’s applicable trading terms, and any specific terms communicated by the Promoter.
Subject to eligibility, verification and availability, Eligible Entrants will receive a welcome gift pack valued at approximately NZD $300 after their first Goodman Fielder Foodservice order is delivered during the Promotion Period.
Subject to eligibility and verification of qualifying spend, Eligible Entrants who spend at least NZD $500 with Goodman Fielder through their Goodman Fielder Foodservice account during the Promotion Period will receive a NZD $50 Goodman Fielder account credit, to be applied within approximately four (4) weeks after the Promoter verifies eligibility and qualifying spend.
How to Enter the Prize Draws?
Entry into the Promotion prize draws is automatic. To enter the Promotion and be eligible for the draws, an Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
- register for and open a new Goodman Fielder Foodservice trade account during the Promotion Period;
- purchase a minimum of thirty (30) bags of 20kg GF Ingredients flour from Goodman Fielder through that account during the Promotion Period; and
- spend at least NZD $500 across other Goodman Fielder product categories during the Promotion Period.
An Eligible Entrant that satisfies the requirements above will receive one (1) entry in the draw. Bonus entries may be awarded for purchases of participating additional Goodman Fielder categories during the Promotion Period, being the categories listed in the promotional materials or otherwise notified by the Promoter. Unless the Promoter states otherwise in writing, one (1) bonus entry will be awarded for each participating additional category purchased in each calendar month during the Promotion Period. Bonus entries will be allocated by reference to the Promoter’s account and purchase records. The Promoter’s records are final for determining eligibility, qualifying purchases and bonus entries, except in the case of manifest error.
Promotion Prizes
Major Prize – Trip to Bakery China Trade Show in Shanghai
There is one (1) major prize. The major prize is a Promoter-organised bakery experience for one (1) person to Shanghai, China, including attendance at Bakery China 2027, two (2) days at the Wilmar China test bakery facility, and selected bakery trade visits or related activities as arranged by the Promoter. Subject to availability and matters outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the trip is intended to take place from 17 May 2027 to 28 May 2027, with final travel dates, itinerary, activities and inclusions to be determined by the Promoter. The major prize includes return economy flights to Shanghai, China, including any domestic flights within New Zealand reasonably required by the Promoter to connect the winner to the international departure point, accommodation selected by the Promoter, daily breakfast, airport transfers in China, trade show access, travel insurance arranged by the Promoter, and reasonable spending money as specified by the Promoter.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the major prize does not include and the winner is solely responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with taking the prize, including transport to and from the winner’s home and their nearest New Zealand domestic airport, passports, visas, vaccinations and other health requirements, meals other than breakfast, beverages, gratuities, laundry, telephone and roaming charges, room service, mini-bar, taxes, levies, surcharges, service fees and any optional or additional activities. All travel is subject to the booking and travel conditions of the relevant carriers and service providers. The winner must hold, obtain and maintain all documents and permissions required to enter China and re-enter New Zealand.
Secondary Prizes: Goodman Fielder Account Credits
There are two (2) secondary prizes. Each secondary prize consists of one (1) Goodman Fielder Foodservice account credit valued at NZD $250, which will be applied to the winner’s Goodman Fielder Foodservice customer account following prize acceptance.
Spot Prizes: GF Ingredients Flour Prize Packs
There are five (5) spot prizes. Each spot prize consists of one (1) GF Ingredients flour prize pack. Each flour prize pack consists of five (5) 20kg bags of GF Ingredients flour, with the winner able to select their preferred flour products from the GF Ingredients range, subject to availability. Spot prizes will be arranged with the relevant winning account holder following prize acceptance.
The total prize pool is valued at up to approximately NZD $9,000 including GST, where applicable, comprising one (1) major prize, two (2) Goodman Fielder account credits valued at NZD $250 each, and five (5) GF Ingredients flour prize packs valued at approx. $[150] each. The retail value of non-cash prizes is stated as at the date these Terms and Conditions are published. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
The winner of a major prize must be available to travel on the dates notified by the Promoter and must, within the timeframe reasonably specified by the Promoter, provide all information and documentation required to book and take the trip, including a current passport, any required visas and any other travel documentation. If a major prize winner is unwilling or unable to travel on the dates determined by the Promoter, does not hold or obtain the required travel documentation, or does not provide required booking information within the required timeframe, the major prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to a reserve entry drawn as an alternate winner. The Promoter may change the travel dates, itinerary, destination details or other components of the major prize if reasonably necessary due to availability, safety, operational requirements or circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
Notification to Winners
Winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details held by the Promoter for the relevant Goodman Fielder Foodservice account holder.
Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place at 10:00am NZDT on Wednesday, 9 December 2026 at the Promoter’s head office at 2/8 Nelson Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland. The draw will be conducted randomly from all eligible entries by a member of the Foodservice Marketing team. The first valid entry drawn will win the major prize. The next two (2) valid entries randomly drawn from the remaining eligible entries will each win a Goodman Fielder account credit. The next five (5) valid entries randomly drawn from the remaining eligible entries will each win a GF Ingredients flour prize pack. Only one (1) prize may be awarded per Goodman Fielder account holder. The Promoter may draw and record reserve entries in order in case an invalid entry or prize forfeiture occurs.
Accepting a Prize and Redraw
To accept a prize, a winner must respond to the Promoter within seven (7) days of notification and provide any information reasonably requested by the Promoter to verify eligibility and arrange fulfilment of the prize. If a winner does not accept the relevant prize within seven (7) days of notification, does not provide the information reasonably required by the Promoter, or is otherwise found not to be eligible, that prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to a reserve entry drawn as an alternate winner. If a further redraw is required, it will be conducted at 10:00am NZDT on Wednesday, 16 December 2026 at the Promoter’s head office at 2/8 Nelson Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland.
Promoter’s Rights
The Promoter may: (a) substitute a prize, or any component of a prize, with another prize or component of equal or greater value if the original prize or component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control; (b) verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants, including by checking identity, account details and purchase records; (c) disqualify an entry or refuse to award a prize if the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has provided false, misleading or incomplete information, has tampered with the entry process, has engaged in unlawful, fraudulent or misleading conduct, or has otherwise materially breached these Terms and Conditions; and (d) cancel, suspend, amend or restart the Promotion, or amend these Terms and Conditions, if reasonably necessary due to technical failure, unauthorised interference, fraud, a legal or regulatory requirement, or any other event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control that materially affects the Promoter’s ability to conduct the Promotion fairly or as intended. If the Promoter makes a material change to the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to notify entrants of that change. Any exercise of the Promoter’s rights will be carried out reasonably and in good faith.
Exclusion
Participation in the Promotion and, in the case of the major prize winner, travel and related activities, may involve risks that are outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay or expense arising from any act, omission or default of any third-party travel, accommodation or other service provider, or from any event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including transport disruption, border restrictions, government action, weather events, illness or other force majeure events. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable law. Subject to the previous sentence and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or any prize.
Indemnity
A winner must indemnify the Promoter against any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense reasonably incurred by the Promoter arising from a third-party claim to the extent that claim results from the winner’s: (a) breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) unlawful, wilful or fraudulent act or omission; or (c) negligent act or omission, in each case in connection with the winner’s acceptance or use of the prize. This indemnity does not apply to the extent that the relevant loss, damage, liability, cost or expense was caused or contributed to by the Promoter’s negligence, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unlawful act or omission.
Publicity
By entering the draw or accepting a prize, each winner consents to the Promoter using their name, business name, image, likeness, voice and general location for the purposes of conducting, publicising and promoting the Promotion and Goodman Fielder products, without further remuneration, for a reasonable period after the Promotion. The Promoter will not use a winner’s personal information for publicity in a manner that would be unfair or misleading.
Privacy
The Promoter collects, uses and discloses personal information about entrants and winners for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, verifying eligibility, administering entries, awarding and fulfilling prizes, arranging travel, conducting publicity and complying with legal obligations. The Promoter may disclose personal information to its related companies, contractors, travel providers, agencies and service providers for those purposes, including recipients located outside New Zealand where reasonably necessary to arrange the major prize. All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Goodman Fielder Privacy Policy, available at http://goodmanfielder.com/privacy-policy/.

Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information by contacting the Promoter at the address set out below. If personal information requested by the Promoter is not provided, the Promoter may be unable to verify an entrant’s eligibility, allocate entries or award or fulfil a prize.

The promoter is Goodman Fielder New Zealand Limited of 2/8 Nelson Street, Auckland 1010. All decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
